Building Futures Through Mentorship

Caring adults walking alongside young people and emerging professionals, helping them build confidence, character, and a clear path forward.

Program status: in development. Cornerstone Clay’s mentorship programs are being designed and will launch once screening, training, and program safeguards are in place. Join an interest list below and we will contact you when enrollment opens.
Ages 13–18

Young Men’s Mentorship

Guidance from men committed to leadership, responsibility, and service. Group sessions and mentoring focus on character, goal setting, education, money habits, and preparing for life after high school.

Ages 13–18

Young Women’s Mentorship

Support from women who lead in their careers, families, and communities. Sessions build confidence, self-worth, leadership, financial independence, and plans for college, career, and beyond.

Ages 18–29

Workforce Mentorship

One-on-one and small-group mentoring for young adults entering or advancing in the workforce: career exploration, resumes and interviews, workplace skills, professional networking, and entrepreneurship.

How the Program Will Work

  • Application and matching. Mentees and mentors apply, complete a short conversation with our team, and are matched based on goals, interests, and availability.
  • Regular connection. Mentors and mentees meet at least twice a month for a minimum of six months, plus monthly group sessions and workshops.
  • Structured topics. Each cohort follows a guided curriculum, with room to focus on each mentee’s goals.
  • Progress check-ins. Our team checks in with mentors, mentees, and parents or guardians throughout the program.

Focus Areas

  • Goal setting & personal development
